Welcome to the ICTU Support Centre!
We use a support ticket system to organize support requests and provide you with better service. Each support request is given a special ticket number that can be used to track its progress and online responses. We offer thorough archives and histories of all of your support requests for your reference. To submit a ticket, you must include your full name, email address, phone number, help topic, issue summary, location, department, and building floor.

Knowledgebase articles are a convenient way for the ICT Support Team to share information. By pre-populating articles with help topics relating to FAQ’s, clients are able to help themselves with more common issues that arise to reduce wait time and make happy customers.
