How do I generate my Zoom Meeting Attendance List?

To generate an attendance report after a meeting:
For additional support if you're still experiencing dufficulties, contact the help desk.
- Sign in to the Zoom web portal as an admin with the privilege to edit account settings.
- In the navigation menu, click Reports located on the left column.
- Click the Usage Reports tab.
- Click Meeting.
A list of upcoming and previous meetings will be generated. You can search by time range or by Meeting ID.
Note: If wanting a report for a webinar, select the Webinar option instead. - Next to Report Type, select the report type that you want to generate:
- Registration Report
- Poll Report
- Survey Report
- In the drop-down menu below Report Type, select one of these options:
- Search by time range: Select a time range, then click Search.
- Search by meeting ID: Enter the meeting ID and click Search.
- In the last column of the meeting, you want a report of, click Generate.
You can also use the checkboxes to select multiple meetings, then click Generate at the top. - Select the registration type that you want the report to generate:
- All Registrants: Include both approved and denied registrants from your meeting.
- Approved Registrants: Include only the approved registrants from your meeting.
- Denied Registrants: Include only the denied registrants from your meeting.
- Click Continue.
Zoom will redirect you to the Report Queues tab where you can Download the report as a CSV file.
