- Download the Outlook App from the App Store.
- Open the Outlook app.
- Tap Add Account.
- Enter your email address (e.g.,username.moh.gov.jm) and tap Add Account.
- Enter your password, description (e.g., Work) tap “use advanced settings” server (e.g., outlook.moh.gov.jm) domain (e.g., MOHHQ) username (e.g., firstname.lastname) then tap Sign In.
- If prompted, approve multi-factor authentication (MFA) or grant permissions.
- Choose notification and sync options, then tap Next or Done.
For Android Devices
- Download the Outlook App from the Google Play Store.
- Open the Outlook app.
- Tap Get Started (if first time) or Add Account.
- Enter your email address, then tap Continue.
- Enter your password, description (e.g., Work) tap “use advanced settings” server (e.g., outlook.moh.gov.jm) domain (e.g., MOHHQ) username (e.g., firstname.lastname) then tap Sign In.
