To set up Outlook email on mobile devices, follow these steps based on your device type:


For iPhone or iPad (iOS)

  1. Download the Outlook App from the App Store.
  2. Open the Outlook app.
  3. Tap Add Account.
  4. Enter your email address (e.g.,username.moh.gov.jm) and tap Add Account.
  5. Enter your password, description (e.g., Work) tap “use advanced settings” server (e.g., outlook.moh.gov.jm) domain (e.g., MOHHQ) username (e.g., firstname.lastname) then tap Sign In.
  6. If prompted, approve multi-factor authentication (MFA) or grant permissions.
  7. Choose notification and sync options, then tap Next or Done.
Alternatively, go to Settings > Mail > Accounts > Add Account > Outlook.com and follow the prompts.

For Android Devices

  1. Download the Outlook App from the Google Play Store.
  2. Open the Outlook app.
  3. Tap Get Started (if first time) or Add Account.
  4. Enter your email address, then tap Continue.
  5. Enter your password, description (e.g., Work) tap “use advanced settings” server (e.g., outlook.moh.gov.jm) domain (e.g., MOHHQ) username (e.g., firstname.lastname) then tap Sign In.
