If you are showing a caution sign on the computer icon, it normally means that you have lost network connection.

For wired CPU/Laptop:
- First, check to make sure that you have a network connection by checking the network cord to make sure that you are plugged in ( the cord that is plugged in the computer and network port)
- Reboot CPU/Laptop
- If Call Helpdesk for further assistance/advise if above fails.
- First, check to make sure that you have a network connection clicking on the wireless icon( it will tell you if you are connected).
